We Offer: Kids and Adults JiuJitsu, Kickboxing/MMA
The Kids Kickboxing Group program, children learn the fundamentals of kickboxing, including basic punches, kicks, and defensive techniques. They also practice combinations and controlled sparring. In addition to the physical aspects of kickboxing, children are taught important life skills such as respect, perseverance, and responsibility.
In the kids Jiu-Jitsu Group program, students learn the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, including basic positions, escapes, and submissions. They also progress to advanced techniques such as joint locks, sweeps, and grappling. Beyond the physical skills, students are taught important life skills like respect, focus, and perseverance.
Our Adult BJJ Program is designed to teach the fundamentals and advanced techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a supportive and challenging environment.
