NO GI ON MONDAY & WEDNESDAYS
The Adult BJJ Program is designed to introduce and advance adults in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu within a supportive and safe environment. This program focuses on enhancing physical fitness, self-discipline, self-confidence, and respect for oneself and others. Through BJJ, participants will learn practical self-defense skills and the importance of perseverance and dedication in achieving their goals.
Program Requirements:
- Open to adults of all skill levels
- No previous BJJ experience required
- Participants must wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity
- Participants must be willing to follow safety guidelines and instructions from the instructors
- Participants must maintain respect for themselves and others in the program
