The Kids Kickboxing Group is a program designed to introduce children to the martial art of kickboxing in a fun and safe environment. The program focuses on building physical fitness, self-discipline, self-confidence, and respect for oneself and others. Through kickboxing, children will learn practical self-defense skills and the importance of perseverance and dedication in achieving their goals.
TUESDAY, THURSDAY, AND FRIDAY
4:00 - 5:00 PM
Program Requirements:
- Open to children
- No previous kickboxing experience required
- Participants must wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity
- Participants must have access to a safe and suitable space for physical activity
- Participants must be willing to follow safety guidelines and instructions from the instructors
- Participants must maintain respect for themselves and others in the program
